This variety's finest characteristic is its versatile flavor--pungent enough to make a fantastic roaster, but mild enough to eat fresh if you like a pepper with a little bite. Smooth fruits, 5 to 7" long and about 1-1/2" wide, mature green to red and yield better than other hot peppers under cool growing conditions. Widely adapted, with good disease resistance.
