Thin-skinned fruits grow approx.3 to 4" wide and weigh 5 to 13 oz. each. Pink beefsteak fruits are meaty and have a delicious, well-balanced, sweet flavor with moderate acidity. Perfect for eating fresh, making sauces, roasting, canning and freezing. Good yielder. Indeterminate.

This is a fantastic tomato! Very large, meaty, with few seeds and minimal cracking. Great for salsa, canning, or fresh eating! Good flavor, and the plants are LOADED! It's not easy to grow tomatoes in Wyoming, but this tomato makes it a heck of a lot easier!
