BEST OVERALL!!

I've been gardening for well over 20 years now, and have grown many varieties of tomatoes for saucing, slicing, and canning. 3 years ago I tried Comstock, and it is now my overall favorite variety. It is a large meaty tasty tomato with few seeds, and, IMHO, is the best one to grow for sauce. Processes much easier than smaller Roma varieties for sauce, and scalds and peels well for canning with very little waste. It is also a great slicer for BLT's! Seed savers will like the plant consistency as well. For a multipurpose tomato, you cannot go wrong with Comstock. Highly recommend!
