Amazing for canning!
Feb 2, 2024  |  By Theresa A Hoon Willsey
All round best I have ever used for canning. Firm fleshed, not watery, processed through Vitorio press raw with skins on and made the best plain tomato sauce and marinara ever. Deep red color and not watery in jar. Can't imagine using any other variety.
