Tomato, Pink Gal Hybrid

(VFF GLS ToMV) 70-75 days. An early maturing pink, juicy, beefsteak type with great flavor that's a good balance of sugar to acid. Compared to Pink Girl (page 19), skins are thinner and the texture is similar. Firm, glossy fruits weigh approx. 7½ to 8½ oz., are round, smooth and uniform. Ideal for fresh use, on sandwiches and in salads. High quality fruits have small blossom end scars, excellent crack resistance and a long shelf life. High yielder. Intermediate resistance to Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus and Nematodes. Indeterminate.
