Attractive fruits are smaller than typical varieties, at approx. 1" in diameter, but they are packed with a sweet, distinctive tomatillo flavor. Fruits start off green and ripen to varying shades of mostly purple. Popular in Guatemalan cuisine. Collected in Coban, Guatemala by Baker Creek Seed Company.
