Modern technology packs several species of greens into one easy-to-sow pellet. Plant only 2 or 3 pellets in a 6 inch or larger container and in about 5 to 6 weeks you can begin harvesting fresh greens. Cut back to 2" and allow to regrow, then cut again.This tasty mix includes a mix of red and green lettuces with arugula, endive and radicchio.
