70-75 days. The world's first hybrid super-hot chili with a Scoville rating of 1.3 million! Pale green, pendant shaped fruits grow up to 2" by 1 1/2", have a small tip/tail and mature to bright red. Compared to Carolina Reaper, this variety matures up to 2 weeks earlier and some taste testers have rated it hotter - try it if you dare! Features improved plant vigor, fruit uniformity and less days to maturity over open-pollinated varieties. Vigorous, uniform and early fruiting with exceptional yields.

3 of 5 germinated
Apr 1, 2024  |  By Steve
Started 5 seeds march 1. Soaked in room temperature black tea for 30 mins after putting seeds in fridge for 3 days. Three seeds popped after one week. They have growing under a 100w grow light for a month. All three have two full sets of leaves. Just transplanted into larger container. Will let them grow inside for another month. Plants have been on heating mat 75f since germination. Seeds started on heating mat set at 85f. Looking forward to getting these set up in 5 gal pots in may greenhouse after mothers day. Had more success growing peppers in greenhouse. The outside temps range quite a bit in summer. Highs 90s+ and lows 50s and 60s at night. Grew reapers and ghost peppers from TT last year. Very successful. Wonder if this pepper will have higher scoville units rating than the reaper. Will re-post end of summer with results. Peppers usually have 80% germination rate. Hot peppers less.
