Get fruits early and often from this highly productive colorful beauty! Expect up to 20 wedge-shaped, 3 to 4" fruits at one time on a single plant! Peppers start out yellow and mature to a deep, beautiful red and have a great crunchy texture. Flavor is excellent at any stage, but becomes sweeter when allowed to fully mature. Excellent fresh in salads and salsas, stuffed and roasted. 50 days from transplant for yellow fruits and 70 to red.
