A unique hybrid selected from Shishito and Padron peppers, combining the best traits from both varieties to get the perfect grilling, roasting or stir-fry pepper. Fruits are not spicy when picked young, tender and green at less than 2" long, however, when fruits are fully matured to red, they can be quite spicy, similar to a Jalapeno. Red pods can also be dried and used for mild to medium chile flakes.
